Bill Thomas Cheetah® 58 Years, 1964-2022

For too many years, the Bill Thomas Cheetah community has been plagued by a bad actor.  This individual’s efforts have not only damaged the Bill Thomas Cheetah brand and the Bill Thomas Family, it has also hurt you, the community.  Ever since 2013, the Bill Thomas Family has been working to confirm and assert our rights in US Federal Court and the US Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”).    Both of these legal authorities has indeed confirmed unconditionally that the Bill Thomas Family owns the Bill Thomas Cheetah brand and all related intellectual properties

 The court has ruled the Bill Thomas Continuation Cheetah project ended with Bill Thomas’s death on October 10, 2009 and was officially ended by the Bill Thomas Family members on September 12th, 2013.  Robert Auxier and his company BTM LLC of Arizona has fraudulently created and sold cars 31 through 33 after the 2013 notification of the termination of the contract.  Through discovery, we learned that there are three certificates between Car 1 and Car 30 were fraudulently withheld from their unsuspecting car buyers.  Any continued use of Bill Thomas Family’s properties is illegal and demands to cease have been ignored.
